Thanks for the update. Your RM is more knowledgeable than mine. My RM insisted that 1 account can only have 1 CASA but the BT & HV branch folks differ. I did mine at HV today and my RM asked me to hold them accountable!! So not all RMs are the same...
Just heard from my friend about her case… she was on the invitation list to join the treasures with the 4.5% multiplier. However she only has $100k inside at the beginning of Oct and wanted to added another $100k after the confirmation that she is within the 3,000 invitation.
However, her newly assigned RM insisted that the 2nd $100k will be given 4.5 % starting from 1st Nov only even if she add it now.
Asked me about it but I could not advice as I am not in the invitation list :ROFLMAO: .she dare not add the 2nd $100k now:(
any others have the same situation ?

To enjoy the Multiplier Topup Bonus Interest, she must meet 2 conditions:

1. Maintain min daily balance of 150k - which she failed for Oct!
2. Meet Income + 3 or more categories.
Edit my post.. could not advice her….
oh.. I better informed her to check the T&C with her RM .
believed she only meet condition No 2

Try set new limit for bill payment. Someone was discussing it a few pages back. DBS upgrade the interface, behaviour of the app is different and a bit weird now for what was a simple thing to do.
