I plan create ssb ladder. Just buy $1000 worth for six months. Cost is 0.2%. With the coupon payment twice a year, spend $12 dollars can settle for next ten years.

hi jackieatbtu
i am few months into DBS Multiplier.
so far only crediting salary & token CC use.
would like to ask about your posting.
did you mean by buy in SSB each month for 6 months & the coupon that is paid out per 6 months into CDP which in turn is paid into my POSB esavings will be treated as Salary credit + transactions in 2 or more categories as i will still credit salary & make some CC spend?
thanks for the reply

Just quote same account number as SGD multiplier?

When the amount in USD come in, it will automatically be recorded in usd?

Used to each currency having diff account number

If you only on one of ABS bond and Nikko equity can set up Investsaver for the other for it to count. At the mean time cancel and redeem the existing fund , so that it can be counted when you resubscribe to it more than 6 months down the road

Yes. Just buy in for the next six month. I had one from last year and the coupon is paid into my posb account. So is counted as investment.

Not sure on unit trust. But I used vickers and bought ETF on SGX using srs money. It is counted for my March investment section.

Are you sure this is correct for SRS?
Based on their FAQ, which unfortunately, isn't very clear, buying unit truts with SRS wouldn't be eligible.

Q5) If I purchase a Unit Trust using CPF or SRS funds, will it be recognised as an eligible transaction?
No. Purchase(s) of Unit Trust must be made in cash.

Should be able to. But I thought the rate is higher than 0.12%? 0.28% with $25 Min. Currently cheapest place to sell I heard off is FSMone though I haven’t try.

btw, do you know if you can sell counters in CDP with DBSV?
0.12% with $5 rebate for OET?

For those bought ABF BOND ETF or NIKKO AM STI ETF on Apr.16, has your "Investment" inside "Bank & Earn Summary" updated to the amount you purchased? Mine is still showing ZERO. So slow to update?

Hi, does anyone encounters the issue which DBS didn't capture the salary credit? My company disbursed my salary through CIMB corporate account, that offers fast pay function (it was DBS account in the past months). Turned out that the transaction appeared as "ICT" instead of the normal "SAL" :(

I just applied for Mulitplier. I had both A35 & G3B. Decided to terminate G3B today. Then wait 6mths, Nov 18 then reapply or should wait till Dec 18 then safer?
