Possible then to apply for credit card under the joint posb account, and to have the cc spending (under the joint posb account) counted for the individual multiplier accounts linked to it?

credit card spend is based on credit card spend under principal card holder. No such thing as credit card under joint account.

so in a case of 1 SAL crediting into Joint esavings acct & 2 Multiplier accts, the spouse not crediting SAL should still get a CC to maximise at least SAL credit + CC spend?

for clarity the spouse not crediting SAL into DBS / POSB is bcoz crediting into OCBC360 so still has income to apply for CC in DBS/ POSB

Thanks. Was just wondering if it was possible in the first place. Cos if so, there will more ways to ‘exploit’ this.

credit card spend is based on credit card spend under principal card holder. No such thing as credit card under joint account.

Yes. Only one SAL into joint acc. Both multiplier account holder must have cc as principal card holder, spend any amount in both cards, then both multiplier acc are SAL + cc.

Are investments made via InvestSaver counted?

I've recently started investing via InvestSaver about 2 months ago and I don't see it being registered under 'Bank and Earn Summary'.

I see the following under multiplier FAQ:

Q7) How will my investment in Unit Trusts be recognised? Lump Sum Investments will be recognised once for each adhoc contribution you make to an investment fund.

Regular Savings Plans and POSB Invest Saver will be recognised for the first 12 consecutive months when you make contributions to an investment fund.

Shouldn't my investment made via InvestSaver be registered for Multiplier? Or I have to wait till a year later than it's counted? :s11:

Is the RSP deducting from your Multiplier?
Did you start your RSP in April or before April?

Deducted from my saving account. I think I started after April.

You mean another saving account not Multiplier?

If so, I believe that's the problem. You should be using your Multiplier to fund your RSP.
The Multiplier programme also works within itself as far as I know.
