To ezy bro. This post here can see which one u wanna invest.

Potentially I will advice to avoid REIT. With the new “normal” companies could be downsizing and/or moving out from expensive office spaces. There will be impact to the rental yield of the office space and nearby shops/eateries etc.

The recent rally tells me in this current environment, nothing makes sense.

I'm not sure about this too. I also bought an insurance policy last month...
My GIRO for Manulife is already set up but this month no deduction yet :s22:

Any bros can fill us in when monthly premium is usually deducted?

Update:
Called Manulife today. Next premium deduction will be in December.

What does that mean?

Means if u sign up in Oct. Then since the premium recognised only in Nov. Then Nov won't have deduction then Dec will then considered as the second mth onwards for deduction?

Example...

1/12
Sign-up Oct 20
Pay Premium Oct 20
Transaction Recognise Nov 20

repeat....

12/12
Pay Premium Sep 21
Transaction Recognise Oct 21

If you don't sign up for a new insurance in Oct 21 and pay premium in Oct 21, you will have no transaction recognised in Nov 21.

dont just ans for sake of ans

our point is we signed up in oct but the nov premium is not being deducted. nothing about when the insurance portion will be recognized by multiplier.

and ur example also wrong. u sign up in oct 20 the transaction not recognized only in nov 20. first week of nov already recognized.

firstly. not sure what got to you with your reply.

secondly i guess you have mistaken my "20" or "21" as "day". But no, those are "year"

Multiplier revises interest rates in 2021. Expected it to happen, just a matter of how long they have clung onto the current rates.
