Cancer care can be bought via ibanking
Thanks for the quick info.

this is a minimum 5-year plan.

Since the insurance spend is only valid for 1st 12 months, do you know if I can terminate the plan after 12 months?

logically I feel it is possible since this plan has no cash value

Thanks.

I just applied online and premium has been deducted. :)

btw, on the below clause, does it mean even though I pay this month (Nov), the Multiplier eligibility will only start in Dec?
  • The recognition of the monthly premium (i.e. Annualised premium/12) starts 1 month after policy inception and continues for 12 consecutive months as long as policy is in force.

Hi all,

Cancelled my cancer care after 12 months and now I am on the lookout for a new insurance policy to supplement the fulfilment.

Question - Can I purchase cancer care again? Or I have to purchase something else? If so, what should I look to purchase?

Also, realised that DBS noes not allow me to buy any insurance, they say I am ineligible for all - anyone with this issue?

Thanks

I just started a RSP of $100 to buy unit trust

the units have appeared in my investment portfolio, but under the multiplier’s eligible transactions, I don’t see the category being unlocked yet.

is it the minimum amount more than $100?

thanks

if it started in dec 20, then you need to cancel the previous 1 in early dec 21. then re sign up for a new 1 in early dec 21.

if you are just doing to unlock, tbh any of the remaining 3 also can. doesn't really matter.

hey folks, if I'm just like say, short of $1,000 to make the next tier, is it possible to buy $1,000 of a non-volatile unit trust (and then sell it off a few days later) so as to meet the next tier?

how does the pricing work when buying one-off unit trust? my only experience is in RSP.

$1000 will be counted. But need to take note of settlement date

For small amount of $1000, you can simply use DBS credit card to pay for another credit card which has $1000 bill.

The loops end at dbs so it's not infinite as per se
Is this legit? Can explain how it works?

If my Other Bank's credit card bill is say $500, can I pay $1000 using DBS credit card such that the excess ($500) becomes a credit for the following month in my Other Bank's card?
