Maturity itself or the release date itself in the tnc is ok.
Maybe just read the below suggestion.

*fact: Bonus interest is normally calculated from actual Registration date up to & including the t&cs Earmark Release date (refer to your Registration form).
* suggestion: for normal or busy people, no interest overlap => no controversies => less worries

The tnc says this, then the earmark release date also clearly stated. So on the release date it should have been concluded. If they release early before the stated date, technically not concluded cause still within the earmark period.

The Earmarked Amount is strictly prohibited from being used or withdrawn prior to the conclusion of the Earmark Period. The Earmarked Amount shall also be protected by digiVault for the Earmark Period. Should Customers choose to utilize or withdraw the Earmarked Amount for any reason before the expiry of the Earmark Period, such actions will be deemed as a withdrawal from the Promotion and all bonus interest accrued will be forfeited.

No need to argue!

TNC is clear and the branch staff even write on my application form/tnc - date can apply new casa is the day after the earmark release date!

DBS always release 2-3 days before the official date.

So long the branch allows you to apply new casa after you tell them your official maturity date/earmark release date stated on your application form, you can do at your own risk. If you dun want to take risk, apply after the date of the maturity date/earmark release date stated on your application form.

All at your own risk if you want to tan kao liao!

To satisfy the insurance criteria for DBS multiplier, what is the cheapest option for seniors above 55 years old?

Exactly, the best option in my opinion to unlock the insurance category, unless do not have 5k to spare. For the younger folks, good for them.
But it is recognised for only 12mth for dbsm insure cat for 2yr savvyendowment23 plan?

Wow, I just checked, now they extend last entry age to 75! So seniors can now buy online, no need to go to the branch! 👏
I'm still waiting for them to come up with Invest LAST so I can buy a cheap cheep plan. :ROFLMAO: Currently I'm buying their TermProtect paying $18.57 monthly
