36% is performing worst than 26%. used to be 36% doing very well based on many reviews.

tide turns for SA now. SA used to be very well-liked by many till past 6mth to 1 year.

Actually, something to keep on-topic as well. I am trying to prepare a list of pros and cons of the Digiportfolio. I have these as Pros so far.

  • UCITS ETFs
  • Multi asset portfolio
  • Selection of decent funds
  • Allows USD denomination
  • Based with DBS, hence ease of access for DBS account holders at least
  • Fairly quick rebalancing

Which of these are not valid? And what are the cons?

No regular investment plan. Portfolio locked up during quarterly rebalancing. Huge bid-ask spread for FX conversion. Cash only investments.

other wish list for digiportfolio :
1. Support for SRS / CPF funds
2. Automatic DCA
3. Other types of portfolio, for eg REITS portfolio

Yeap so always plan ahead to exchange Forex elsewhere if can. The in house exchange rates are horrid. I've invested since they launched so 22% return isn't too shabby for global portfolio considering that it was entered b4 the March 2020 covid sell offs.

I only invest whenever they run promos or for a case at the start just to try out the service.

Btw heads up, they're gonna run again the 7.7 promo as a 8.8 promo so no harm trying when you get $18 cashback to cushion any potential losses.

Yeah. SRS is crucial. The DCA u can also do it yourself (not deal breaker). No SRS/ CPF is deal breaker. Knowing DBS ppl (ivory tower ****ers), they won’t listen to feedback one la. They just do whatever **** they like

Can someone please share the latest allocation ratios of individual ETFs in the Asia and the global portfolios? Especially looking for the Fast & Furious risk level.

Allows USD denomination is a con. They are forcing you to convert to USD using their bad exchange rates, they could have easily allowed SGD funding and since they are a big bank and they are taking a bigger annual management fee, they could have easily absorbed the cost.

For this reason alone I shun Digiportfolio.

Their Asia portfolio is also like a joke, they just taking whatever is available in SGX and have created a portfolio, without any thought into how this should be positioned within an investor's portfolio. Should investor overweight Asia, underweight Asia? How are investors supposed to decide this?

Overall a very lazy effort by DBS, for the fees they are charging.

The Fast and Furious level is 20.8% China and 4.6% Hong Kong. Really lose until Fast and Furious. :s22:

Personally i think it’s just an option given to retail investors- those who are looking for option to gain instant exposure in China, India, Asia Reits.
Works well for someone who is only holding US or Developed market focused etf or believe that Asia will outperform rest of world in next decades

Like I mentioned in earlier post, you can plan ahead since u anticipate depositing

Use moomoo or tiger to exchange and transfer over to dbs multicurrency account to sit and wait for 8 aug to come. Tiger has better rates but takes t+2 to settle so cannot withdraw it immediately I learnt it last mth so plan ahead.

How much is the difference? Worth to do all these just to save that difference in forex?
