Allows USD denomination is a con. They are forcing you to convert to USD using their bad exchange rates, they could have easily allowed SGD funding and since they are a big bank and they are taking a bigger annual management fee, they could have easily absorbed the cost.

For this reason alone I shun Digiportfolio.

Their Asia portfolio is also like a joke, they just taking whatever is available in SGX and have created a portfolio, without any thought into how this should be positioned within an investor's portfolio. Should investor overweight Asia, underweight Asia? How are investors supposed to decide this?

Overall a very lazy effort by DBS, for the fees they are charging.

Why would a normal retail investor want to convert to usd and back using their lousy rates. Also, i remember one of their digi-portfolio holds UT, which serve them with yet another 2 platters of addition fees (trailer fees in ut, and 0.7% digiportfolio fees). All in, i think the fees are not low, considering you can diy yourself at a fraction of cost.

Personally i do invest into Asia Portfolio.
Investors who believe that Asia will outperform global markets over the long run can consider it.
Though i too believe if SGX could have a more diverse range of ETFs, it would make digiportfolio a more compelling too.

Asia level 4 in super red for 3 months plus already thanks to China. Highlights one of the severe weakness of robo and not being able to adapt to market conditions again. Defeat the purpose of ETF based imo. Definitely not hybrid as what dbs advertised. Paying fees for them to write quarterly review email only

You pay them to talk cock sing song only. It is just an idiotic robo given a fancy name with a BS theory behind. Moreover, Asia will never win global. Maybe 100 years later.

Problem is I think a lot of ppl also dunno China sneeze whole Asia market sort of affected. In theory other Asian countries should not be affected as much. I know last time US sneeze whole world market affected. Now seem to be China represent Asia.

India stock market was holding up until November, but last month India also fell 10%, so Asia became even more red.

you can't as they will only disburse the ETFs purchase when you invest into Digiportfolio. you'll see the full composition when they finish settling the portfolio buying.

no wonder cannot find... but that's quite stupid, other robos like Endowus/SA will tell u exactly what u r buying. ppl like me wont put my money into something i dunno.

thanks for sharing. but the info still seems limited compared to endowus/SA (e.g. % of each ETF, overall geo/sector exposure etc.). i expected more from an established bank...
