One SME boss I know uses one of them to process his staff's payroll.

If payroll is $100k/mo (like 15-25 people in company) that's $2600 additional expenses per month. My wife (corporate controller) would have a serious problem with that 'brilliant' idea.

You can easily hire an onsite junior accountant for that amount. And outsourcing payroll operations would cost even less.

I don't think you can hire an accountant for even $2.6k basic, let alone $2.6k inclusive of CPF and medical benefits.

For these SME towkays, 100k translates into 140k miles per month. That's a business class ticket to Europe every month.

But I think I am going to go back to UOB PRVI for most transactions and use this WWMC for confirmed transaction like Uber and Taobao or Redmart/Honestbee... then cancel this DBS WWMC next year when they refuse to waive annual fees.... it's very confusing to get the 10x lol

Have had that card for 4 years and was waived annual fee every time. In fact, never paid annual fee for any DBS card.
Though I should say I put a fair amount of my spend on DBS cards -approx 25k p.a.

For online transaction, uob ppv is more confusing. Purchase steam and sometimes i get bonus, sometimes don't. Different merchant name reflected in statement.

Her junior accountant (filipino girl on WP) gust got promotion and her salary went up from $2500 to $3500 after working two years on that position. Yes, you can hire but with $3500 you will get better candidates.

But back to the topic - $2600/mo is >$30K expenses per year without clear benefits. As I said, any reasonable CFO/Controller won't accept these charges.

Secondly where you will have serious problem for accounting/accountability/audit standpoint with this approach is using personal card/cards for business transactions. I do not know what local business culture looks like for SME but my wife's company is small startup (about 40 peoples worldwide) whole owned by an MNC while having complete operational independency. Despite that they have to comply with all audit/accounting requirements and not using personal cards for business transactions is very big red flag.

Made 4 Fevo transactions in the month of April. Seems like only 2 of them had bonus points. There were done in the early part of April. The other two done in the later part of April does not seem to have bonus points.
