Has anyone have experience using the card for catering through the caterer's online website and got awarded 10X?

I have an upcoming buffet I need to cater for and I looking to order online via their website. I had asked and their MCC code is 5811 Caterers...

is not about the MCC (unless is 1 of those that is blocked) but whether the payment is processed online or offline.

Yes that is right. CSO told me as long as got OTP, it is online.

Not 100% true, some online transactions no need OTP, some transactions that require OTP may be processed offline.

First transaction is fine. We are talking about multiple transactions.

Eg 1st spend 500
2nd spend 1501

The bonus is for 500 only.

Dun quite get you. Thought bonus pts is capped at 3600 per calendar month (ie $2000 online spend) regardless the number of transactions.

This month many people face this issue. I had spoke to the cso many times also. Still waiting for final outcome.

More like there is a bug rather then a change in the way they calculate.
