I have received bonus points for spend in mar. The only transaction possibly missing is for ntuc income online payment that used to give 10x

No more 10x for GrabPay Top Up since Dec 2018. It was first noticed on 16th Jan this year when people didnt receive their balance bonus 9x points on the bonus point credit date, and it has been since that way :-/

Today I scrutinise and realise that despite I have no points showing under the expiring column, few hundred points are showing undered redeemed/expired.

Clearly I did not redeem anything since I did a big redemption last Sep.

So why there are points under expired every month?

I ask DBS and they also cannot give me answer and say need to check this n that



Maybe it is time to ditch this cc

That’s what I thought but their customer officer call back n say ya point r expired n nothing you can do about it

last or second last day of each month. but i just dont know where can i check how much bonus points come in each month. its not shown on my cc bill.

Use dbs ibank in browser
Go talk to the bot
Type credit card rewards
Then the option related to reward point
Then show breakdown
Then just keep using the show me more option until you see the total points credited

Note - the options wordings from me are not accurate, just listing it down from memory

I just tried. But it seems to show only the 1x points for DBS Woman card. It doesn't show the 9x point awarded...

The 9x points awarded is lump sum that is credited on the 16th of each mth (at least for me)
Personally working on a spreadsheet to track the breakdown, but don't have time yet

I do have a spreadsheet to track. But if there is another inconsistencies, got to call DBS. I thought the bot will show me the 9x transaction as well so that I can compare it myself and no need to call DBS..

The 1x rebate is usually fine. It is always the 9x transactions that give me problem.. either higher or lower than my own calculation...
