Thanks for the link.. Yeah.. that is exactly the steps I tried yesterday.. I don't see the lump-together-bonus-points transaction though...

I always used excel to track. But still will have mismatch points sometimes.. was thinking the bot can help me check the bonus points part, so usually it is bonus points which has issue.. But think still need to call the back in this case...

Normally will, have a few points discrepancy. Give and take if its not alot

there is no fixed timing per se. usually check on 17th and beyond after crediting is done on 16th.

For klook i got charged cross border fee, because i think their main country currency is HKD. Paid SG$70 but DBS cards billed me SG$70.70. Oh well.

There was a system issue apparently. I had a scoot transaction done online for ~2000 on 29 Apr and no points credited. Had to call in.
