Pre-paid online. However, the credit card was only charged 1 week before my check-in date. Is it because of this?

Pls correct me if wrong, you've selected the Book Now Pay Later option when you did the booking? Which Agoda most likely did the charge offline at the later date instead of online charge if you had selected Pay Now.

the 9x bonus will be added on the 16th of each month (for the previous month's transactions).

This month I have quite a discrepancy of points, still waiting for their CSO to get back to me.

Yes, I have clarified with Agoda. I chose Book Now Pay Later. Maybe that's why the transaction was considered offline.

You just need to check the points on 16th vs the statement points, so easy to check how much 9x given since its separated from the normal 1x.

I took advantage of Citibank's 8x bonus so whether on or offline, doesn't matter.

But for those looking to use Women's card to book, make sure to select Pay Now rather than Pay Later to ensure its an online txn.
