The 6 miles/$ for bookings after 30 Nov 2014 is stated in Clause 9 in the full T&C in the following link. However the language is a little confusing. It says "Cardmember will be entitled to
another bonus earn rate of 4 Citi Miles"

Does "another" means 4 miles on top of the current promotion or just 4 miles + local/overseas spend.

Maybe it doesn't qualify? 9x points are posted on the 16th of the next month. I use my own spreadsheet to keep track of my credit card points/miles and compare it with the transactions/points in Internet Banking.

Took me sometime to get the calculation right. As long as it's more than you computed, it's fine hehe.
