my recent Comfort DelGro masterpass payments did not qualify for 9x bonus points when they had all along.



I had to call in and CSO asked me to submit document to show that it is an online txn so i submitted the e-receipt. So far no one got back to me.


Anyone reconciled the points and found this lacking as well?

Since beginning of the year already, I think.

seems like paypal transaction won't be awarded bonus points even if it is payment to online shop merchant

u should try to use GrabPay within Fave where possible to double dip. Then top up your GrabPay card with eligible cards that award points / miles for top up.

I'm using OCBC 90N for grab topup and paying my bills through grabpay function on AXS and i receive 1.2mpd. Another card i know of that rewards points/miles is Maybank Horizon.

Have you tried using Maybank Horizon to earn points? Which category would they classify Grab top up?

Sadly, i have receive the card yet. Applied last week via myinfo and gave them additional documents this monday.

Hopefully i get approved and will get to try it.

I got 4.6k dbs points gonna expire in end dec this year. My purpose of this card is to convert to miles. But the minimum of converting is 5k points, should I touch my next quarter's points to make it 5k?

you can use krispay to convert dbs pts to miles but at 100 dbs : 170 miles but no fee you have to compare/decide which one better deal

Just convert 10k points one time. The points going to expire each quarter. So no matter what still have to convert. After convert can park 3 year in KF.

Just hit with a fraudulent transaction of around US2292 from Nordstrom Direct Cedars. Immediately call in to DBS.
Google n found many cases of such charges.

My first card with altitude that less than 1week hit with fraudulent charges, this woman card I just apply last sat, let's see how long it take to kana this fradulent charges.
