Hwmook is right. The points do not expire exactly 12 months after u earn them. They only expire at the end of every quarter.

So if one gets a card in January, does not put any charges till December, in December they charge $10K on the card, on next January all points will be gone, right?

It should be end march for expiry (end of quarter). When you login to the DBS rewards page and click on details under the points column, it will show you how much points are expiring in each quarter.

Please take note that the cap is $2k per calendar month only.
So spending beyond that is wasting.

anyone knows if booking air tickets from expedia earns 10x points?

No reason why it should not. They deduct the money straight away, unlike some direct online bookings with hotel which only deduct the deposit first.
Also, there is 10% discount promotion now for expedia with DBS cards provided you key in the promo code.

Does DBS combine the points for miles redemption like UOB?
I remember the CSO told me the FF program is applicable for each card.

Correction - just received clarification from the CSO that can aggregate and only 1 FF program is necessary

Does this card still provide 10X bonus points for transactions performed via PayPal?

Noticed that for last month statement, I have not been awarded any points for transactions performed via PayPal at all, even though the overall monthly online spend is less than S$2K

Transactions done in September will not get the additional (9x) points until the 16th of the following calendar month. So you won't see those bonus points until 16th October.
