Agreed, but keep in mind that DBS has "damage control" built into this card with that 2k limit.

Technically most of us would use that limit each month any way, so not sure they will experience a sudden spike in internet transactions like UOB did where there was no limit and it made more sense to use a prepaid card than paywave itself.

Seriously, if one is pumping money to prepaid cards beyond average spending rate I think it is quite an indication of gambling issues.

Before UOB shut the door, it was more than 2K. You might be surprised, but there is still an option to have more than 2K.
