I am already a holder of other DBS/POSB cards, so the best option was to get the AMEX card in order to get the $60 rebate with $300 spend promo .....

Called DBS 2 weeks ago, was informed that i should have get the $388 cashback on Sept, he will inform his marketing team to contact me.

Called again last week and told me will expedite the marketing team, till now still no one call me.

Anyone have the same experience of not getting the $388 cashback, please call and check.

Got some qns here after reading the tnc

TNC exclude 1x base point for vouchers, so 35x points still can earn right?

Does paying Singtel bill online earn 18% cashback too? Think i Saw TNC exclude 6x for recurring and bill payment, but saw somewhere ppl say can.

If u referring to buying DFG vouchers instore, there are datapoints that ppl are getting 9x and 26x points if using yuu card and met 600 monthly spend despite TnC stated otherwise.

get 1x points (for non-yuu merchant retail spend) if pay via Singtel website. Get 35x points if pay at Singtel kiosk.

Thanks, I read the TNC carefully, it actually only exclude the 1x point for DFI vouchers.
it make sense. DBS wont know if you are buying vouchers or actual groceries just by MCC.
Then the 1x points you will get it back when you made payment using vouchers, by scanning tthe YU app. so overall still 36points.

and thanks for the info for the singtel kiosk.
