Yea heard some horror stories about their customer service (or lack of). Best avoid it till they buck up.This DCS is very horrible. Their call centre nobody one?
Been calling both numbers for the past 2 days!!
Phone Number: +65 6416 0800
Customer Service: +65 6571 0128
After DCS would be UOB and OCBC for me. OCBC secured email no sound until I ping their FB then viola reply. UOB every quick to answer but always say get someone to callback which for me never ever happened. All these local banks CS super lousy compared to Amex for e.gVery unstable IMO. I tried call them on weekday & unable to get through, even left my contact for them to call me, been > week never call back. Worse is if u wait for a certain time for CSO, it will cut u off automatically.
I also tried email. After few days, I did get a response. However subsequent replies to them, never respond >week.
Almost gave up, but was surprise today during lunch I called & a CSO attended to me within <3mins wait. Submitted my request with ACK from CSO, hopefully no more cock ups.
Yes it is by far worst customer service among all card providers I had experience with.
I wonder if later they bill you annual fees you don't pay as cannot get them they will send lawyer letter?Absolutely horrendous useless customer service. Wanted to get fees waived. Emailed them, no reply for 10 days. Call them no one pick up. Tried using the website to login says invalid login even though info is correct. Now want to cancel all my cards also impossible because they are uncontactable at all. What a joke of a card company. Be warned.
I sent them an email to cancel my cards and they immediately replied will cancel. Lol. Think they are eager for customers to leave. Good riddance.I wonder if later they bill you annual fees you don't pay as cannot get them they will send lawyer letter?![]()
Thanks for sharing. My SCB Spree replacement but DCS not so easily accepted. Shopee,Lazada,M1,Giga etc all no DCS option.![]()

Now, DCS Card Centre (formerly Diners Card Centre) has launched a MasterCard. Enjoy up to 2% Cashback* on all purchases with no minimum spend. *2% cashback will be awarded up to a monthly spend of S$10,000 (capped at S$200 cashback per calendar month)
DCS Mastercard should be accepted at merchants where Mastercard is accepted, or it is not the case? Not too sure since this is the first time they launched credit card with Mastercard network. Thanks for sharing. My SCB Spree replacement but DCS not so easily accepted. Shopee,Lazada,M1,Giga etc all no DCS option.

That card is a Mastercard, it will work everywhere. Thanks for sharing. My SCB Spree replacement but DCS not so easily accepted. Shopee,Lazada,M1,Giga etc all no DCS option.
Ooh so it is like UOB Absolute that is Amex. So anywhere accept Mastercard will accept this DCS Mastercard I see. I still thought this is DCS itself just like Amex TCB itself. Then ok. But I read in this thread DCS customer service is almost non-existent wow... wanna waive annual fee or got issues troublesome to get hold of them. Hmmm....That card is a Mastercard, it will work everywhere.
I think that’s why they rebranded as DCS Card Centre instead of Diners Card (Singapore). More money to be made by branching out.Ooh so it is like UOB Absolute that is Amex. Noted. SCB Spree lifespan maybe limited I predict (due to no more accept new application). Rebrand later this year may mean cash rebate cut so now need to know which to standby and this card look good fit my spending pattern 2% no minimum spend. But it is Mastercard so exclusion should be there. UOB Absolute Amex still needed for those excluded categories.I think that’s why they rebranded as DCS Card Centre instead of Diners Card (Singapore). More money to be made by branching out.
Yes, the exclusion list is pretty much like the same as other mastercard issuing banks (e.g. insurance, schools, hospitals, utilities, etc). Do note that AMAZE card transaction is also not eligible for the cashback.Noted. SCB Spree lifespan maybe limited I predict (due to no more accept new application). This card is very pink, the UOB Absolute is brownish gold.Applied hope get approved. I notice unlike SCB Spree which disallow recurring payment this DCS Mastercard never mention so should allow. The card color is like UOB Absolute Amex pig liver red color DCS copy their color scheme? Hmmm
