My Basic Salary: 39800 + 6000 Bonus per year
My debt without buffer is 65K
Please calculate my ratio bros and advise if I am eligible!

Use NOA jun 2016 statement.That will be your annual income.
A)Combine all your credit cards outstanding first excluding loans.
B)Then for loan instalment, call bank to confirm and calculate for u if early payment what will be the amount.
C) Add A n B this will be your unsecured debts. This must be higher than NOA.

They have a banner advertising DCP. If you need details, can ask them if you're in the area.

I think Citi and BOC are stepping up their marketing efforts for DCP.

Need to see your IRAS NOA amount for 2016

Divide your debt (with 5% buffer) by the NOA amount

If > 1.1 then ok
