When I bought my ** report last night, I saw my ** rating changed from hz to hh, which I dunno why.

Maybe they saw ur post here haha jokes aside, I think it will improved as long as u keep up with the payments on time.

Prepared ur docs for DMP already? You can download the self help kit (white paper) to write down your budget even before you get the blue form.

If I am under dmp, in future if I need to apply for bank housing loan, will the dmp record affect my housing loan approval?

me too.. having rejected so many times..be it due to not eligible or rejections..

Now that my rating changed, I duno if I want to try again with those rejected banks...

yet to try ocbc... but guess shd be tough

Yesterday overheard at HSBC.

HH sure will not pass at HSBC. Loan quantum is 12* monthly salary multiply by 1/3. i.e 60k annual salary can loan only 20K. Then minus off existing debts (eg. 15k), so the additional loanable about is 5k, but for any quantum less than 10K, the interest rate is not worth it, becomes incredibly expensive.

Many many pple now go for DCP, seems like the main product that bank FA are selling. 7 in 10 goes for DCP. 2 in 10 goes for personal loan. 1 in 10 open advance account.

Monthly...probably middle of the month..for myself, as of 3rd March my CBS rating was GG, when I checked again on 17th March, my CBS rating became DD.

By right each time you send an application, you will get a free report by the bank that looks at your record. But I didn't get a report from Citibank after they rejected me the last time round. Made me wondered why..

So far all my previous 3 rejections came with a free CBS report except for HSBC ! How in the hell can my application go to the final stage of approval without them looking at my CBS report leh ? Feeling damn puzzled & scared now. (maybe the CSO threw a super smoke grenade on me).
