No you can’t. Your BTI is only 7x.

To be eligible for DCP, you need to have 12x BTI minimum.

Perhaps you can try to take a balance transfer from your remaining unsecured credit, and convert your cc bills into interest free installments.

Make sure to pay off the balance transfer within the time frame or you’d just get back to the same high interest.

I think they will try approve more than 18x BTI cases.

how long is hsbc processing? did submit to hsbc, the cso say only need cbs report, 3 mth payslip and all the credit card statement first, the application form later, is it normal practice?

Roughly it estimate to be 2k a month repayment for the next 7years. In 7 years, anything also can happen. Ppl age, job become unstable, marriage, kids, parents old already, retirement planning etc etc. It's not an easy route n will start all over again after 7 years like a fresh graduate started to earn money.
