any licensed moneylender got lower rates then bank? thinking of getting about 20k to repay everything and start afresh again

well.... wat i scare is they will say .. u apply first and we will assess you....blah blah blah.....then in the end ... " oh no u are not successful.thanks for trying..."

and my god.i need to go and cancel my ccs date and start again waiting for the ccs consultation.

ccs is not say u go already can start the application.need to go listen to talk ... then appointment again... appointment again.

so is really time consuming.time is precious to all of us here who are in big debt.

and thats why we cant afford to wait and wait.and hsbc keep me waiting for so long and that agent .... really sia... call him day one day 2 ... phone no answer de.

really fedup with hsbc.

I also think like bank wanna the ultimate money owe and some statement dun really show . But they never ask me to ask for settlement letter from the banks . Just want to to say to the officer I agree to the statement amount .

The bank just a rough figures of what's your outstanding and from there they will access you based on your credit report. They mentioned there will a 5% buffer Incase you need more...Cause by panelty and interest. If your total outstanding and your income matches couple with your credit report...Then approval will be soon.

I also hope is that but my rating no good bcos of that 2-3 banks which I default sometime .. the rest I paid the min on time ..

i got about 20k to clear but i checked with HSBC and Citibank they only allow Personal Loan of up to 3x/4x of my salary but not enough to reach 20k ?

Any solution guys? I'm like stuck in between nowhere, DCP cannot apply because debt less then 12x and Bank personal loan max can only give 4x of my salary which is not enough to clear all my CC/BT loans

Anyway when you try you must also take into consideration MAS have a rule that with effect from 1st July 2017, total unsecured interest cannot be 18 times more than your salary... so if the officer tell you cannot you might have to work out the your salary per month for him including adding all your bonus and AWS...
