I have a feeling or maybe an idea that maybe the 3 of them are money lenders that wanna try get business here lol.

he like not tired or maybe really bored till the extent of needing to create 3 accounts.

perhaps he shld create 10 accounts and pcw in this thread so he wont have the 'imaginary' time to go turf club, gambling cruise or whatsoever.

on dmp first thing cfm is need to ban from going casino and yet he still can keep going casino. :s13:

Would like to check if there’s a record if we have a dcp? Like if we want to change jobs and they look at records?

No there won’t be a record as banks are private entity. Unless you default payment and Lawyers come knocking you door; then it involves the law.

A DCP is like just a very big loan with the bank. Except that during the time you’re on a dcp, can’t take any other loans or credit cards.

Thanks for your help! I've been worried that there will be a record left behind =/

Just a quick one.. I enquired from dbs and Maybank yesterday.. dbs has better rates at 4.58% per annum but with processing fee of $99. Maybank doesn't have processing fee but the rate is 5% +.. i did ask if they give preferential rate to customers, they said case by case.. on the other hand dbs give flat rate for tenures 5-8 years and currently has a promo of $800 rebate if exceed 75k loan (based on memory, check their website if need be)

I just join recently and need bro/sis advice on DCP...I apply thru UOB on 02 Jan 18 and application was rejected on 08 Jan 18, My CBS rating is FF with score 1776 based on Dec report and have following factors credit exposure, moderately increase risk, delinquency presence and greatly increase risk...

So can I submit DCP thru another bank or wait till Mar to improve the credit rating then apply?

It is dependent on the Banks. For mine which was approved in mid of last year, a few banks offered 3% per annum while majority offered 4% per annum. I think it should not be higher than 4% per annum based on the past experiences shared in this forum.
