ya i have updated my system to SP1. Everything seems fine for now.

I still can't decide whether to buy from dell or courts leh, any advise?

Courts... But you have to decide at point of sale. Only drawback is that you cannot configure yourself. All Courts models are fixed. But warranty coverage is much more comprehensive. PM me if in doubt.

my fren suggest to me in getting fujitsu but theres so many of them that I donno which to take to compare with the 2 dell model before I can finally settle with Dell.

according to engadget website, the 1435 isn't due until October, but the 1735 is coming on June 9 and the 1535 on the 26th of this month.

if this is true, then fun liao. this design i feel is much much better than the current design of the inspiron series, which i feel is very 'obiang' or old / not very nice design IMHO. not to mention the keyboard, which looks like sony's keyboard
