Just installed a few games on my 9300 to give this babe a performance test. Games installed ...
Battlefiels 2, Dungeon Seige 2 and Scared Underworld. Result? This is sure a lappy for gaming :D Some lag observed while playing BF2.

Any bros of 9300 would like to add thier comments?

sold me inspiron 9100 and just bought a 9300, hopefully coming sooN!

specs: PM1.86, 1 GB RAM, DVD burner, 60GB 7200rpm HDD, 1920x1200 WUXGA+ truelife screen, Geforce 6800Go..

as you can see it's for gaming haha..looking forward to running BF2 at native resolution..

****sin: maybe u want to advertise on the HWZ classified forums, I sold my 9100 there for quite a good price, maybe you can try and see how..

btw all 9300 users i have read on notebookforums that the Geforce 6800Go that Dell ships with the 9300 is severely underclocked, and you can boost it from 275/550 to 350/700 (core/memory) without any problems.. though maybe shd get a notebook cooler as well, of course O/C voids the warranty heh so be sure to do a stress test first.. if you O/C you apparently can reach 4000+ in 34mark 05, with specs like what Im getting and using 80.40 drivers from laptopvideotogo. can't wait to try it out!

Gee ... How to Soup up the capabilities of the 6800 GO ?
Ya you have to overclock your 6800 go. Go www.guru3d.com and download rivatuner to unlock the overclock features of ur card then download the latest driver for your 6800 go too.You will be fine with your BF2 and it will run like silk with terrain detail set to medium.

Be very cautious if you are not familar with OCing. I suggest you search online to find out more before you start. They(micktal & futurisco) also forgot to mention that it is IMPORTANT that you OPEN up your laptop to apply AS5 before you OC, unless you wanna melt your precious laptop. :)

its not a sidetrack at all, is the system you are buying the ram for the sameas the one in your system specs beside your post? Try kingston for ram.

remember that damages caused by overclocking may void the warranty so tweak slowly and run full tests. Do get a laptop cooler too.
