Ordered i9300 @ Sitex on Friday, arrived today (Friday) at 1100.
Swapped out the 2x256 for 2x1GB (relatively idiot-proof operation, but wasted a few minutes figuring out which way the screws turn, DUHZ...)
Now re-formatting and installing WinXP Pro SP2
