This is only with 1-yr warranty right?
Why din you get additional 2yrs?
Laptop with only 1-yr warranty is a bit risky imo :look:

I wanna get additional complete cover but the sales person on the phone told me she can't find the option and suggest that I upgrade after I got my machine

It depends on which configuration you choose during your purchase. If you choose the most standard configuration (like Wireless ABG & GF 8400M GS), then probably the driver are available. When custom to a higher spec, most driver does not include in the resource CD. However, there is a recovery partition but was unable to perform the recovery function. Click the recovery button but got an error (Access to \tools\dp.sc was denied). Can anyone help ? How to perform the correct recovery ?

My renewal for 2 years (CompleteCover) cost me $379.00.I think it depends on the model.

It covers:

1. Motherboard
2. CPU
3. LCD
4. Keyboard
5. Hard drive
6. Spill liquid on keyboard
7. Accidentally drop your computer
8. Electrical surge; damage to internal circuitry
9. LCD crack or shatters
