Why din you get additional 2yrs?
Laptop with only 1-yr warranty is a bit risky imo

I wanna get additional complete cover but the sales person on the phone told me she can't find the option and suggest that I upgrade after I got my machine

I had just did a complete reinstallation after formating the HDD last week...all thee drivers can be found in the disc provided.

No. The resource CD is the same as Dell Download Center page. No driver for 8600M GT. Headache ....... There is no driver for the intel wireless BGN card too........ Dun understand why ? No driver still can sell to consumer the laptop ....

When custom to a higher spec, most driver does not include in the resource CD. However, there is a recovery partition but was unable to perform the recovery function. Click the recovery button but got an error (Access to \tools\dp.sc was denied). Can anyone help ? How to perform the correct recovery ?

Though I'm covered under the 3 years complete cover warranty. But they are not working on Saturday & Sunday lei. Need the laptop urgently, search the web but still cannot find the drivers ...... ahhh.....
