Where can i get it? $319 ?

$319 is 3-year warranty only. I ended up getting from best buy at $340. Felt could go lower some more. Tradepac has stock coming in today so you can for $328 again.

I've tried contacting Banleong... they directed my email to Dell, however, it seems like dell staff is not replying... the colour contrast of my monitor is really different compared both screen...

Bro, you can change the color temperature as well as the red / green / blue balance either through the monitor settings or through your video card software.

Unless you're using a colorimeter its hard to get the colors so close that your eyes don't see the slightest graduation between monitors but you should get closer than that.

Also, the older the monitor gets the more "yellow" it gets. Monitors that have been used 24/7 for even as short a period as 3-6 months you'll have to up the temperature to get an equal white balance.

I bought it at the same time , 1 week old

TradePac - Rev A00 (Manufacture date: Dec 2012) (Image on the left)
Best Buy - Rev A03 (Manufacture date: May 2012) (Image on the right)

Steps i've done
1) I've switch between cables
2) I've switch between graphic card port
3) Both are using DVI, tried VGA have the same reddish issue
4) I've use hardware calibration tools and i can't get both colour tone the same
5) Everything has been set to default (Reset to factory setting)
6) All at 65k temp
7) Changing the RGB colour does not help to reduce the tinting colour issue
8) Did hardware calibration for both but the overall monitor still have the colour issue.

I'm already using the color meter... Spyder3 u can see the tools i've placed on the left screen... i've tried calibrated.. it's not helping.. it's really irritating as i'm viewing both screen with different colour, it's really hard for me to do my work....

maybe they use different led backlight for the 2 monitor

led monitors are actually monitors with led light stripes at the back instead of fluorescent tube so the 2 batch led light might have different temperature so dell will likely bo chap u

u can either get used to it or sell it and buy another 2 from the same shop so u can get 2 monitor from the same batch

It doesn't seems to have quality assurances... now why they even bother giving 5 years warranty...

if u brought 1 u would not have this problem

why didn't u buy from the same shop?

dell buy components from many different supplier so each batch is different

Complain about the Rev A00 ver. After exchanging may be A03, thus, higher chance its same color temp.

this is not a defect so they might not change it for you but you can try reasoning with them but bear in mind <warning> what you get back is a refurbished set so its up to your luck whether the replacement set got any other problems.
