this is not a defect so they might not change it for you but you can try reasoning with them but bear in mind <warning> what you get back is a refurbished set so its up to your luck whether the replacement set got any other problems.

First 30 days its a brand new 1-1 exchange. I did before on 2209WA.

For some people, the stock is labelled as being from Ban Leong. Do they honour Dell's 30 day new unit exchange?

Complain about the Rev A00 ver. After exchanging may be A03, thus, higher chance its same color temp.

But A00 default setting was great.. just that the colour profile is not matching.

A03 colour is matching, but it does have a very strong redish/blueish tint

=(

Update:

Dell will be sending in 2 more monitors to my place.. so total i'll have 4 monitors for the next 3 days to do a comparison.

I'll do my comparison and would be sending back any 2 of the monitor after the 3rd day.

Any advise on how i should do a final selection? With more monitor i'll only be more confusing...

Hahas... okokoie post the result on how i choose once i got the monitors~ =)
To me, numbers are just there for a reference.. Your eyes and feelings describe it best ba, the 2 that suits you..

Wasn't being cynical but if one goes at 6500k and the other at 7500, but same effect, why not? Whatever works...

actually I am also having this same problem on my U2412Ms especially if it is placed side by side as dual screens but I use one for movies/shows so I am not very concern with that.
