Personally ... if you intend to sell it say after 2yrs ... it would be easier and probably fetch better value because you can tell them you got 5yrs warranty.

This monitor is awesome. Dell shipping is great too. Ordered online 6 Aug (sat), received it on 11 Aug. 3 business days. No tint, no dead pixels, no hot pixels, no problems. Coupon code last week also helped.

He's obviously mistaken, Dell won't sell that low for the 2412m. For those interested who missed the online coupon discount and don't mind the labor cost can grab it at that price - $389. Just talk to the guy...nicely
