If really cannot tahan, taking a break is not a bad idea. I have change over 40 plus companies from 2004 until now. I think its time for me to tender again with this company.

P.S Only if you got sufficient saving and confident can get another job after the break.

do interviewers randomly pick former companies out of your CV to ask why you left them ? like picking a winning paper out of a lucky draw box
