Wow, nice cars! I've the silver McLaren too :D You mean the ball joint hinges? To tighten it, you can try getting some transparent nail varnish and apply a light coat on the ball joints.

I think I applied excessive nail varnish to one of the ball hinges and it snapped off the ball. I manage to take out the ball but it was so small I couldn't glue it back to the door hinge. Now the door is only has one working hinge.

If anyone has any ideas how to replace the hinge do let me know. If not I just have to live with it. Heart pain.
