There's really nothing worth stealing at home, so the lock only acts as a deterrent, worth the convenience
Second this. Best investment. Buy during sales with installation freeOnly Pros, I haven't found any Cons yet. I don't have to worry about forgetting to lock my door or leaving my keys somewhere.
Battery life is super stronk even after 1 year of usage, I changed the battery as advised by the installer as they may leaked.
I am using Lockin S30 Pro.![]()
Thinking to change my main door and gate to digital lock
Anybody here already using digital lock? what is the pro and con?
now not easy to buy standard alkaline batteries
used to get those super long lasting alkaline batteries, but now, almost cannot find
thought these locks are using rechargeable batteries like handphone etc

1 year replaced 8 AA Alkaline batteries still Ok for moi, I throw them into the NTUC battery recycling box propery de.Somemore, there are brands that say cannot use rechargeable batteries. It is bad for the environment to throw away single use alkaline batteries.
Chances of battery going low is super duper low. The app will send me a notification when battery dips to 20%.Don't do it, not worth it to change to digital lock.
Still need to bring key incase battery go flat.
Any recommended brand or camera doorbell and cctv? And these require wifi to be on all the time right?I've installed Camera Doorbell and a CCTV to see whose trying out PINS in front of my doorsteps.
You hoh seh boh, NTUC, Sheng Siong, Giant flooded with those. Even Valu$ also got sell.now not easy to buy standard alkaline batteries

Same as lost key lo. Anyway I seldom use code, usually use fingerprint.Con for this is once someone guess your code correctly, its instant access to your home liao loh.
The installer is able to use wood filler to cover that hole. Not sure what is that called. If u change from one door lock to another type of lock, will it leave a big circular home where the previous lock is? If like that how?
Think key lock can use for ages no need change. No need think of use what lock. One lock for a lifetime also can. Unless spoil, which is rare, and even if so probably decades later. Save the money and trouble. All of you who change to digital lock
not scared over time will spoil
and then have to change,
but the new locks do not fit the existing hole?
analog locks are un-pickable?search online and some review online say not so secure
