They have an uncanny knack for creating policies that have unintended consequences down the road. But I am not sure if it is a uniquely Singaporean trait since I am sure that you could dig up examples of governments elsewhere with similar phuck-ups.

Not just that, the opening and closing of the feeding mechanism, causes the air to be pushed out and thus it is akin to the vending machine breathing that air to the one returning the containers.

There a reason why rubbish centers are cleaned regularly/daily.

To be fair, the amount of time we stand in front maybe negligible.

But to ur point, we nvr know what kind of pathogens will brew in there.

I hope they will improve on bcrs process, e.g. more machines, regular clearing and cleaning.

To me now like they are standing on their laurels and no process improvements taking place.
