They have an uncanny knack for creating policies that have unintended consequences down the road. But I am not sure if it is a uniquely Singaporean trait since I am sure that you could dig up examples of governments elsewhere with similar phuck-ups.

Not just that, the opening and closing of the feeding mechanism, causes the air to be pushed out and thus it is akin to the vending machine breathing that air to the one returning the containers.

To be fair, the amount of time we stand in front maybe negligible.

But to ur point, we nvr know what kind of pathogens will brew in there.

I hope they will improve on bcrs process, e.g. more machines, regular clearing and cleaning.

To me now like they are standing on their laurels and no process improvements taking place.

really is low ses and uneducated.

simple machine logic and millisecond snap shut one-way door also think he can bypass.

no wonder we need CCTVs even at community spots to guard against cheapskates who try to weasel their way and don't mind risking prison term just for 10c

erm... if the BCRS along the way to work, just hold that 1 or 2 cans or bottles on hand, drop it in, walk off, settled.

wanna consolidate one shot not say cannot, but if ppl laugh at them for looking so low ses (哪儿个臭叫花子！lolz) then that's them liao mah.
