This exposes Grace for her ineptitude
All she did was say we'll take action against those who rummage trash bins in accordance with the law.
That's fine.

But what that covers is the sea of ineptitude that is Grace
She probably didn't do it but she supervises the staff who did it

There's questions raised by this whole thing.
Like how did she think it'll work without those people digging from bins

Like the law allows cleaners to rummage bins for THEIR work.
The law was made long ago but certainly its clear they can't rummage for their own money making efforts. Not only for this but for own things like picking discarded stuff and sell

not true......a lot of the machines I see even during peak hours, don't have q most of the time.

I bring the empty bottle with me from morning 8am till just now 7:30pm. Zero BCRS machine not hogged by them. First bottle gave up after lunch and thrown away. Then 2nd bottle by evening still no joy. At first it was as you described. Dun worrie. The joy will spread to where you are soon.

that's rubbish as well. people buy the drinks because they want the drinks, not to generate recyclable bottles for others to benefit from. whether they recycle or throw them away depends on whether getting back 10 cents is worth the hassle. don't confuse the two bah.
