Could be read but "unique" drink

But cannot be accepted by machine no matter what

Tried many times with same machine
Finally got it

I managed to cash in 2 similar cans yesterday when I was in another part of SG. They were rejected by the first machine I tried near my home.

And since TC did not make any statement regarding this, residents have the rights to discard their rubbish at the designated locations and regardless who pick it up.

If can, even if can is in bad shape there's a chance

I already have few cans badly crushed but go through on first try.

And obviously, you only mentioned sinkies and I called you out knowing not only sinkies live in hdb flats and not only sinkies dispose their rubbish in the chute.

I want to point out also the vending machine model varies based on region. For example west side is SG Recycle, while Tomra runs the central and East side is RVM Systems. (knn machiam 3 kingdoms) So if one side cannot be scanned, try another area's machine.

Problem is there's no way to determine where is the boundary. For me I only know Orchard and CBD is Tomra, while west side is all SG Recycle.

They should just withdraw and return to drawing board and put the goal clearly, RECYCLING.

Not having a system that pays itself and those around, penalized others and hopefully, recycle some can/bottle

Maybe the recycling should be totally brainstorm and done by commercial.

Then govt will plant people there with KPI to uncover fraud or inefficiency, if nothing found, they will be replaced. So people like you or me from govt are sent to oversee, and if we find nothing wrong, we lose our job. Next batch took over to oversee.

NEA should take the machine design back to the drawing board.
They should not copy UK design especially more and more people
are recycling bags of cans/bottles.

Some machine already uplorry cuz cannot handle the high volume.
