Go to internet search for CFA books. Read them, understand them and you are on your way. If cannot find, go ebay or what see if people got sell CFA books or not. CFA materials and subject topics are very diverse. From economics to quantitative analysis to corporate valuations etc ... Its even more interesting.

You can expect much less people to turn up if you are charging $100.

hmm, if u know how support and resistance are being drawn, then u will be able to see the stop orders clustered around the support and resistance areas, but as to if it is demand or supply, i guess only the guy with huge huge orders who buys or sells into those stops will know, as it can be both supply and demand until we see clear price action which either runs through it really fast with strong candles or rejects it and goes back down.
