You're right! My neighbor didn't want too much trouble from this.

When we were talking, I did ask my neighbor why didn't he just tell him the exact amount he wants and that's the most he's willing to pay. Too bad for whatever the brothers sliced up.
My neighbor said he just want to avoid trouble and at that point when he was "hit" by the scam, he was literally shocked to the point he couldn't think straight. Which is also why I am sharing his story here in the hope that by spreading such information around, we can "counter" these unethical sellers when they strike! For me, at least now I have a "script" in mind should they come knocking on my door the next time - "Get lost!"

not good to be rude to them especially when they're at your front door. they literally know where you stay :s13:

a simple no thanks will do :o

but the taste is slightly off.the unique MSW taste not that strong.

Went to Jurong West St 52 this afternoon.
Saw MSW at $12 per kg, but not many.

Then, i saw a small mountain of durian selling at 3 for $20.
All are quite big, should have around 2kg plus minus.
Bought 3 home. One was excellent and the other 2 were quite good.

Good buy. Cheap and good.

What breed????

Not many MSW.

Those that I bought, they didn't place any breed.
I see quite big, that guy opened and I see the meat yellowish with a nice pungent smell.

You can't compare with the top breed, but i think it good enough to satisfy...
