Hi, is anyone using RM PRO with Google Home?

It stopped working for me yesterday for some reasons. I can control the switches in the Broadlink and IHC app, but giving voice commands from Google Home stopped working. Tried reconnecting the account didn't work either (usually does the trick).

Any help pls?

I on and off will have these issues..need to delink and relink my BroadLink with google home.

Also don’t know what’s wrong .

I saw another post earlier about Crestar fans having same issue. I have no issues connecting both my Crestar fans to Broadlink RM4 pro . Just add a new remote (top right) .. add fan ... "Cannot find..." .... and learn the RF commands individually for ON and OFF and Wind Speeds respectively.

Hi what model are you using? Is ur remote a 2.4ghz type? Or what RF frequency you used?

Hi, can i ask what is the difference between switchbot hub mini vs broadlink rm4 pro?

I google and cant find the details for hub mini.

I know that rm4 uses IR/RF.

My rm4 pro suddenly has issues with my Mitsubishi aircon. Tried turning on and it works maybe 70% of the times. The problem is turning off, doesn’t seem to work.

I also cannot voice command say turn on the tv must say switch on the tv :/

newbie here.. How do I set up a default state for my aircon via broadlink?
Eg. I like a fan speed 1 with 25 degrees and louvre at level 3

instead of the default 25 degree auto mode with moving louvre

thank u!

same here, noticed it a few days ago. "Turn on the air conditioner" still ok, now google home says "set to cool" but "turn off" always got problem most of the time now, saying "its not supported". But I am using RM3 series I think.

To workaround it I need to say "Turn off the air conditioner in 1 minute", then a minute later it will turn off. Wonder if ihc changed something...

When I have time, I am going to try download Broadlink app (am still using ihc), connect it to google home app, and see if it improves things. If anyone else tries it let us know how it goes

anyone knows the if the rm4pro can work with bestar ceiling fan?
Replying my own question. The answer is yes, I can control bestar ceiling fan (433MHz) using rm4c.

for google home integration, looks like can only turn on and off.

I too have the same problem. I have changed to broadlink app but my foyer light still sometimes doesn't turn off at midnight. Even when i give the command to google to turn it off or i try to turn it off in the app itself there is no response. Have to unlink the app with google or relink my TC2 again.

Yup using Broadlink with my acorn fans.
Hi @jackycar ,

Was reading thru the thread and saw your reply. Is your acorn fan the newer model? If its the newer model and it works with broadlink - then its great!

Another questions if you don't mind me asking - when you switch on power (wall switch) - does your acorn fan run? Or it just light up and you'll have to use the remote
