Hi, sorry still a little bit confused with the function of the rmpro4. For air cons in other rooms other than the living room, can I sync the IR with the rm4pro and it will work as intended or does the rm4pro need to be in sight of the IR sensors on the aircon for it to work?

Has anybody tried syncing it with KDK ceiling fans as well and any success if so?

Do I require more than 1 rm4pro to be placed in each room for it to work?

Thanks for the help!
IR must have line of sight.
I am using both Broadlink RM Pro and Mini3 for my KDK R48SP.

Had enough of my hey Google being laggy when issuing commands.

Anyone has experience with alexa and broadlink rm4 range? Is it fast and accurate?

Are there any other reliable voice control? Thx

Have been using Alexa + Broadlink (rm pro) for the past 2 years, quite ok, didn't notice much lag.

Btw.... Anyone using standing fan connected to smart home Control?

Any recommendation for nice quiet standing fan? I tried to use my mistral but is very annoying because I can't simple on the power from the wall. Need to on power plug and press another touch button on the fan itself.

Yah, I know what you mean - need to look for those standing fans which have old school physical push button or dial switches.

Anyway, since this is the Broadlink thread, I suppose the correct answer is to leave the power plug turned on and use the Broadlink to send the IR codes to control your fan... :)

Can the rm4 pro work with Xiaomi tv? I tried learning it but nothing seems to work....

Also, which app are you guys using for rm4 pro?
Is it the “broadlink (logo B with blue background)” or the ihc (which one? There are like a few in the iOS store) app?

Hi, if I buy the mini for each room, can I all be used under 1 BroadLink account simultaneously ?
Yes, can link multiple devices into one Broadlink account.

Not sure about xiaomi tv.
For the app, I am using the blue B icon.

I’m using Broadlink and e-control app with my Mi Box 3. So far no issues.

Hi, not sure this has been answered (sorry, really too many to read through), but I will still ask again. Pardon me.
My question is -
If I’m using broadlink TC2S smart switch + RM4pro; and if the internet is down, can I still switch on and off on the physical switch itself?

How the RF blaster (e.g. Broadlink RM Pro) works if no Internet? Unless you are using a RF Remote Control rather than your phone / Broadlink app.
If you are talking about manually turning it on/off at the switch location, then both RF and WIFI switch will work with your finger :s13:

I’ve linked BroadLink to my google home and able to use it to turn on the devices I’ve set up.

Eh turning on and off the ceiling fan. However, I’ve can’t seem to activate via voice command increasing the wind speed. Anyone able to advise ?

It can respond when you speak out the wind speed number - but after a while, realize that I always use a certain speed.

So simply learn the ON button to the speed which I want and hardly use the rest of the learned commands, i.e. just turn on and turn off.
