bro this spray effective? i check price at guardian was 26.90 after discount.. not cheap..

bottle write up to 400 spray and no steriods though

It is effective for me. I am not sure whether it works for you as different people have different skin conditions. I only use it for a specific area of my hand and leg thus it doesn't finish up so fast. if you going to use for the whole body, it will probably last a few days. apparently, local pharmacy only import the 50ml model and order overseas online is cheaper if you buying in bulk. Watson also have this product and sometimes they have promotion on it, worthwhile to get a Watson membership in the long run.

Wanna recommend Hospigel for bathing. Wah I see the eczema clearing up in just days. Used it when my girl got a bad flare up. Cleared right up. Goes to show that you should watch what you use to bathe.

Yup. One or two spray follow by minimal rubbing. for severe condition, apply Salcura Zeoderm after the spray.

Uniflex cream is quite effective but try not to overuse due to Betamethasone in it.

I can't comment much on that as different people have different reaction to the products out there. I was wondering where can you buy this cetaphil restoraderm? Polyclinic pharmacy?

I have something similar on my face and occasionally on the body.

The following works well on the body, consistent use with non soap body wash like Dove helped tremendously to the extent that it is no longer a problem. I don't know why it disappeared for me but I can vouch for the following creams. The occasional spots will appear when I go for a holiday in cold countries where the temperature is less than 10 degrees centigrade. Apply the moisturiser and everything goes away eventually.

Amazon.com: Neosporin Eczema Essentials Daily Moisturizing Cream, 6 Ounce: Health & Personal Care

Amazon.com - Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream, 29 Ounces -

Amazon.com: Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Lotion, 18 Ounce: Beauty

Salcura works well on the face, but it is not enough by itself. I use the spray on the nose and the cream in the cheeks to keep the face moisturised, helps to keep the redness away as well. For face wash, I use the pyrithione zinc wash for the face and AHA/BHA wash on alternate days.

Amazon.com: Salcura DermaSpray Intensive Skin Nourishment Spray (8.4 fl. oz.): Beauty

Amazon.com: Zeoderm Multi-Symptom Relief and Repair Cream 50 ML: Beauty

Amazon.com: DERMAdoctor Born To Be Mild Medicated Face & Body: Beauty

Amazon.com: DERMAdoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Medicated AHA/BHA Acne Cleanser 7 oz (210 ml): Beauty

Above all, a proper diet combined with some excercise. Regular intake of fruits and lots of water, not sugary drinks is a must. Smokers can forget about smoking if they want their condition to improve.

With the exception of Salcura, I bought everything else from Amazon.

I just check their facebook page:
the Restoraderm moisturizer can be purchased at National Health Group pharmacies. You can check this link for the outlets National Healthcare Group Polyclinics

Local pharmacy like guardian and watson does not carry this brand.

Steroids stuff is like the last resort to me, will avoid it if possible.

Yup, thanks for the concern. Lets just said the only useful stuff from them is the "excuse swimming temporary" letter for my NS.

Hi all,

I've suffered from debilitating eczema and have recovered by abstaining totally from topical steroids and all moisturizers.

Topical steroids have tremendous awful long term side effects which one of it, is to result in chronic eczema, an iatrogenic condition caused by the medicine itself.

Moisturizers have also shown to have an ability to "fool" your skin by providing an artificial humid environment. Your skin will lose its ability to produce its own moisture and self regulate if you constantly slab moisturizers on them.

I blog and research extensively on this topic as I was suffering badly from it for close to 2 years back. I'm now 5 months of any topical steroids and moisturizers and my skin has been in the best condition since then.

Do visit my blog at Say No to Topical Steroids | Curing Eczema for more information. Not selling anything, just trying to help.
