I downloaded and is now using the app instead of the web portal although similar.
Hopefully as we move along, there will be updates done to the app.

Have tried, able to login and UI is exactly the same as web portal on mobile browser.

However, need to login with SMS OTP each time you use/open the App, as it does not save the login details (for now at least).

How come I cannot find this app "eight" at google store

If you search for "eight", you will see 'eight for Partners' App, which is used by their retailers/partners to register customers and for top-ups, etc.

Click on the app developer IMZI will show other apps released by the same developer.

Or search for "pub:IMZI"

Most likely because the app was only made public today.

App doesn't do anything other than show the web site. Might as well browse directly.

I also have to log in manually after closing the app, including getting an OTP.

Yeah, don't know why they took this long to release such an app with very basic features.

Intend to go service centre tomorrow. Wtf signed up on 12 july, never received sim card. Asked to send again on 24 july, till now still didn't receive. port another line on 25 july, also no receive. Next month start new billing cycle Liao. Wth they doing?
Just went to retailer, they run out of sim cards!
