Aside from the exceptional service provided by Andy at the Ubi service centre, I also received excellent assistance from the retailer at Marina Square. They were very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp in resolving my porting issue with Eight. If you’re in the area and prefer not to travel to Ubi, I highly recommend considering them.

no lah, the extra sim not for you, it's for your tirak

I just read through the service agreement from eight website

there is a $20 fee charge if termination within 30days after port in successfully, and port over to other telco also $20 service fee charge
