My OTP didn't arrive too. First time not coming in for me. :s13:

See la, can log in to check but some people insisted that email and SMS better. Now really cannot log in liao lol! :s13:

circlelife charged me $3 for answering a 1 sec unknown call when I am overseas.. (answer by mistake as I was swiping my phone)

Sorry if this is a repeated answer. :grin:

Based on the FAQ, it seems that the 288 minutes of idd calls allow me to call back to Singapore when I’m roaming.

that means the 288 minutes:
- cover international made from Singapore to overseas number.
- cover both calls back to Singapore
- calls within the destination where I’m roaming
- answering/making calls while you are roaming.

The sms came about 5mins later. I checked. It is in. All good. Contract extended :s34:

i’m still on the free eight plan but i top up my wallet with $8 using Shopee for $6.40.
I just got the free $8 from Eight for the top up. Now i got $16 in my wallet.

just checking did anyone have fallback to H/H+ when using it during the day?
and someo more when falling back are you able to get connected?

Hi guys..I would like to check w u whether it is possible to portin a number fm another operator and replace my existing one with Eight? Anyone did this before? Thanks

To make calls while roaming, have to ensure the local host telco supports VoLTE and your phone needs to be supported as well.

I saw indo is NOT listed as VoLTE voice operator.
When I was there mid august, i asked my wife to call me and I could answer her call.
Next trip, I will test again.
