Hi fellow HWZers, I successfully ported into Eight (from RedOne) on 30 Sep 2024. How / where can I check if I get the extra $8 credit from Eight successfully? Also, the $8 I paid for the new Eight SIM Card (to port in) only covers the charge for the first month usage till 30 Oct 2024. How do I pay the monthly $8 charge from 30 Oct 2024 (or 30 Nov 2024 if I successfully get the $8 credit ???) onwards? Does Eight have an app I can make payment from (just like RedOne) ? Thank you 👍👍👍

Moving forward, you can log in to your account to do the top up, or alternatively you can head over to shopee, there are few sellers for you to do the top up

I successfully ported into Eight (from RedOne) on 30 Sep 2024.
-> why u port in to eight lah. :s13: damn slow, i have to use simba for data.

How / where can I check if I get the extra $8 credit from Eight successfully?
-> u will receive an email from eight within 1-to-360 days.

-> Top up via your beloved shopping platform
-> Go to service centre and top up.

-> Android have. Download from Google Play Store. It is just like the eight.com.sg My Account page.
