Someone's roaming experience.

Eight is damn good. Used it from Bandung to Jakarta to Vietnam, every location works on the fly.

Simba on the other hand, totally no data exchange in all the locations above (despite having full network 5 bars, 4g icon displayed. Can't receive SMS, calls, data, surfing etc etc. can't even activate SIM card provisioning despite restarting over 4 times and resetting network and apns)

So come to Eight Telecom today! (I am not paid to say this btw)

Why no one reply my email? I lost my activation code email and cannot activate my SIM card. I'm stuck now!

Why so careless went and lost your activation email that you should know is important and need to keep properly?

Not only that. How about the activation SMS? Managed to lose BOTH the activation email and SMS?

Really should just fook off to Singtel and stop wasting our time. They can call their 24/7 hotline and bother them with their idiocy.

hello!! tomorrow im going to my in law place and realise their opposite handphone shop is indicated as 1 of the retailer on EIGHT website.

tomorrow is sunday . if i let them do the port-in for me, will it activate tomorrow, or best bet is Monday?

Think the worst I've come across was forgetting the number chosen during registration so couldn't activate SIM card upon receipt.

Number ownself choose ownself forget. As usual, didn't think of taking note nor keeping safe somewhere.

Genius has its limits. Stupidity doesn't.

Again both the email and SMS will have their new number. So even if they forgot, they can refer to both.

Unless both deleted due to ultra high genius levels.

Best bet is Monday, because the donor Telco needs to do their checks and approve the port out. I doubt they will work on Sundays.

Correct, at the moment there are no promotions. No idea if there will be future promotions or not.

The 88 days free promotion was for new signups only. The $8 free bonus balance promotion was for both new signups and existing users.

email will be on server, no? if deleted, can look in deleted folder. unless using local email client which download and delete from server..... then too bad, so sad.....
