That could mean VoWifi not working correctly, normally you should see the VoWifi indicator, usually where you see the Telco's name. If you have firewall on the wifi network, might need to allow the VoWifi traffic through.While the VoWiFi symbol appears on the phone, but I am unable to make calls in that mode. I need to switch on the mobile data for me to make calls. That means, VoWiFi is not work for eight. What a disappointment.
Another old phone of mine only shows the VoLTE symbol against eight sim, even after enabling WiFi.
