For Eight, if plan expires, don top up. you can keep the number and reactivate, within 60 days? Meaning let number sleep for say 45 days the buy a new plan? Aka base plan.

nice! based on my family's experience, looks better than simba seniors plan especially in coverage and speed (old folks dun use that much data and call time). the only thing that simba could win is the simba voice app, but since staff at two service centre both say simba dun support it anymore, so will probably move the old folks over, once available.

edit: simba voice app: "dun support" but still works for now, but once their back end cuts the link, then perhaps it will stop.

It will automatically deduct only if you have toggled "Auto-Recharge" on.

I signed up for a new port-in eSIM plan. $8 was credited instantly.

I registered for Eight in September. Can I port over another number and override the one I got in September? Thanks!

According to Eight Customer Service, port in can only be done during new signups. Hope this helps!
